My art has always come from my heart and soul. In 2009 I started learning in a professional manner through the Mill Street Loft Art Institute, New Hampshire Institute of Art, The State University of New York at Potsdam, and Edinboro University.
If you are interested in any of my artwork, please inquire. Commision pieces are also an option. If you are interested in a personal art class and would rather be shown how to create the image in your mind, art lessons are also available.
I have been growing my hula hoop experience (both performance and instructional) since 2011 from New York to Colorado. Currently, I am teaching both private or group lessons if you want to learn with friends!
NCC, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (MA), Art Therapist (MA)
In third grade, I decided I wanted to be an artist. In fifth grade, I decided I wanted to show people art is healing. I accomplished my dream and became an Art Therapist and Clinical Mental Health Counselor through Edinboro University.
The arts have always been the heart and soul of my existence, and in part have helped to preserve my life, and sanity. Due to these reasons, I provide my knowledge of the arts therapeutically to others through facilitation, collaboration, or encourage the action or relationship of creative expression which leads to growth in self-esteem, self-improvement, self-awareness, and authenticity.
